I am here to listen and support your journey
Currently only available to clients in Missouri via telehealth. Regrettably, not taking insurance at the moment, but I can offer sliding scale rates.
What I Offer
Life doesn't always give us the space to process what we've been through — whether that's a recent loss, a relationship in crisis, or the weight of experiences we've carried for years. I'm here to help you find that space.
I'm Flora Cohen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to what actually fits your life — not a one-size-fits-all script.
Before private practice, I worked as a therapist in New York and St. Louis, supporting families navigating crisis, and spent years working alongside refugee and immigrant communities around the world, including extended work in East Africa and Southeast Asia. That work shaped how I practice: I believe healing looks different for everyone, and that culture, identity, and lived experience matter in the therapy room.
Whether you're dealing with a specific crisis or simply feel stuck, I'd be glad to help you find a path forward. Reach out to schedule a consultation.

Mental health is not just about ourselves, it’s about how we relate to others. Group is a space to heal and learn with others. Also, its cheaper than individual therapy.
